Over the course of twelve months, you’ll receive a richly detailed story unfold right in your mailbox, complete with physical artifacts that bring the narrative to life.
When you subscribe, you’ll receive two letters per month for a full year. Each envelope contains not only a handwritten or typed letter but also additional items like postcards, telegrams, posters, or stickers—all designed to deepen your connection to the story and its characters.
While we take great care in packaging and sending your items, occasionally mail can go astray. If something is lost or damaged, please contact our support team, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
If your address changes during your subscription, you can update it at any time by contacting our customer support team. We recommend updating your address at least two weeks before your next scheduled delivery to ensure seamless service.
